Timeframe for Refund Requests
Standard Products: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Custom-Ordered Products: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Services: Refund requests for services must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds: Custom-manufactured products designed to customer specifications. Products that have been installed or used. Clearance or final sale items. Digital downloads or software licenses after activation. Consumable parts that have been opened or used.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product (if applicable). Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing Time
